Where is the best place to rent e-bikes in Rome?

And where do you park if you are on tours or at the hotel? Looking to rent them to do the Appian way but don’t know if I want them for 2 days.

Planning a trip to Rome in May. I have booked tickets for the Colesseum and Vatican City//Dome Climb.

Had wanted to do Villa Borghese but the tickets were way too expensive. So planning on a picnic on the grounds instead. Any suggestions for food/restaurants to take in ? And can you take a bottle of wine?
