Honestly, I reached a breaking point.
I was running my business using what I call a "Frankenstein Stack": GHL for leads, Jobber and Urable for the calendar and job tracking, and Xero for the books. I was paying for 4+ subscriptions, and half my day was just copy-pasting data between tabs.
I decided to build a platform that doesn't just "link" these things, but makes them work as one brain. I’ve been calling it VoiceLedger, and I finally got the web app to a functional beta: https://voiceledger1.web.app/

- Live Bank Automation (AU): If you're in Australia, you can link your bank account for live transaction feeds directly into your ledger.
- Full Accounting & Tax: A system that actually tells you how much tax to set aside each week and estimates what you’ll owe at the end of the year.
- AI Receipt Scanner: Just scan it, and it automatically lodges it into your tax savings folder.
- Field Ops: GPS tracking for trade businesses to see where employees are, plus a mileage tracker for the tax man.
- The "GHL Slayer" CRM: Full Twilio integration, automated follow-up sequences, and a calendar that tracks job revenue per service.
- Professional Payments: Full Stripe integration for professional deposits, automated invoicing, and a booking system that handles the tech-heavy details (like paint specs or recurring service logic).
Why I’m posting here:
I’m at the stage where I’ve been staring at my own code for so long I can’t tell if the UI is actually intuitive for a guy out on a job site.
I’m not looking to sell anything yet. I’m looking for 10-15 "power users" or business owners to absolutely roast this.
