Hello I am 25. I currently weigh 160 lbs at 5 foot even and my goal is at least 140 lbs but hoping for 130 lbs. I began my weight loss journey from 180 lbs in January but have hit a plateau where it seems I can't seem to lose any more. I have a beach vacay at the end of July and was hoping to reach my goal by then as well as lose my mommy pooch. I don't know if it matters but I do have a c-section scar.

I eat roughly 1500 calories daily and walk 3 miles in one hour at least 5 days a week. I have recently begun adding 30 min of pilates into my morning routine. I drink 80 Oz of water daily and maybe have a coffee or tea like once a week. I usually walk around my neighborhood but if I can't, I walk on my walking pad.

I will admit I have a sweet tooth but ive only ever gone over my limit a few times. I do have a kitchen scale and weigh everything and been cutting back on eating out. I eat relatively healthy with making most my meals from scratch. I have upped my protein to help with satiety and do hit the recommended fiber goal 25g usually with sometimes only getting 20 daily. I dont drink soda anymore as I realized when I quit that it helped tremendously.

So I am really looking for any tips especially relating to carb conscious meals, getting rid of a mommy pooch, and exercise!!! Thank you yall!!!
