Our hearing for INTERIM payrise isnt even happening until 8 months after we entered arbitration. It makes no sense. They can rule on industrial action within 24 hours but need 8 months to decide if we can access a payrise that is budgeted and was already offered.
Worse is it pushes it to a new fin year so they can limit back pay. It seems to me the QIRC is fully on the lnp side
