To those in clinical research, is having a GCP training/certificate a very big advantage to land a job in clinical research?

I’m an RMT with 3 years of professional experience in a tertiary clinical laboratory and would like to enter the field of research. Tried applying in some job postings but no luck. Planning to take the GCP training offered by UP. TIA!
