Saw this today at Niagara Falls Costco, and honestly thought about buying it... not for any kids, but us adults.

I have a sizable amount of unused, unopened hair dye consisting of various colours that are no longer needed along with developer (unopened). I would like to donate it all but don't know where will accept it. Originally I thought maybe a women's shelter but don't know if they'd want it either. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
