I understand the upstairs is kind of useless for most people. But I want a second living room/game room for me and my kids. If there’s anything you guys can think of remove or add can I get a heads up, this is just a quick sketch that I did of a 40 x 60. I live in California and the only company for the best price is absolute steel I think from Arizona. Does anyone know of another company? For a 40 x 60 galvanized tubular frame my quote is $53,000.
