I am planning to purchase a brand new laptop and there are 2 non-negotiable points.

  1. Under 90k

  2. 50 series gpu (for heavy ai workflows)

The usage of my laptop will be heavily dedicated to ai workflows and coding stuff (no gaming).

It will be my first purchase of a personal laptop and I am confused which one to buy as the prices got hiked recently and a technical guy just told me to wait for now.

My question is that if there is any laptop available which fulfill the above 2 conditions I would buy it immediately and if I have to wait for let us say any online sale offers which would be typically available next month or near August-September, I am happy to hear your insights.

What I got to know online is there are very few laptops in my interest like MSI katana 5050 but it won't have npu which is important for ai work and those laptop which have npu and gpu 5050 are generally priced above 1 lakh due to price hikes . Should I wait or just go with MSI katana 5050 ?

Note: I know the options would be way too less as it's not possible to have a laptop under 90k with 50 series gpu and high end npu but if you have a better suggestion, I would like to know. Thanks
