What do passengers not realize about how these private flights actually work?

From the outside, private flying looks insanely smooth. Shows up 15 minutes before, hop on, take off, and land wherever you want. No lines, no chaos.

Technically, if the passengers see no issues, everything should be running smoothly, right?

But I’m guessing there’s a lot happening behind the scenes that passengers never see.

For any pilots that operate on private flights, what are the biggest things passengers don’t realize about how these flights actually work?

I feel like most people (including me) only see the luxury side, not the operational reality.

Would love to hear some behind-the-scenes insights.

I’m curious about the other side that people don’t really talk about.

For those of you who have actually booked private flights for the first time, did anyone regret it afterward?

Was it the cost? Was it the staff? Or maybe you didn't like the jet?

I love to hear some real experiences.
