Left nostril bleeding follow by tinnitus
Hello guys,
I’m m28, I recently developed permanent tinnitus whilst i was gaming. Before this i used to get pressure in ear and the ringing would start but it only lasted 15 mins and went away
3 days ago my left nostril bled and it ever since that day the ringing won’t stop
I need genuine advice please help
