What does the SCFB logo stand for? I can’t remember if it was an artist sub group peep was in? or if it was a graphic design logo?

My previous releases including albums were fully approved in 12hrs or less, my latest single has taken 3 days so far and has only just had the file and cover approved (over the weekend i know it’s slow) no sample or anything is in the song. Not urgent still got a couple weeks till release just wondering if anyone else has noticed slower approval speeds?
