Hey everyone—I’ve been following for a while but this is my first post. I started experiencing migraines in 2020. They tend to come in cycles lasting a couple of weeks, with pain centered behind my left eye (around the eye socket), often waking me up at night. They usually go into remission and then return the next year. I didn’t have any episodes in 2025 tho, but they’ve recently come back much stronger, and I’m now dealing with ongoing light sensitivity even when I’m not having a full attack.

I’m starting to wonder if this might be linked to an allergy to my cat (I’ve had them since 2020). I was also undergoing immunotherapy but stopped in 2025. Has anyone else had migraines that seem to be triggered by allergies?
