Hello, I cant seem to find answer anywhere online so i would appreciate help. I'm not new to the game but this level 1 orc can't seem to become maniac? He is deranged but i turned deranged orc into maniac once so I dont think it matters, I also heard theory that u should turn more orcs into deranged since that can "take deranged spots since it cant be that many before maniac". I honestly just think orc has to be above level 3 or 5 in order to become maniac, i shamed him upwards of 60 times
