I’m currently 15 weeks along with my miracle ivf baby. When I was around 4 weeks pregnant my clinic had me test for TSH levels. At that point , my level was around 4. They started me on daily 88 mcg. I had my levels retested in a month, and my dosage was reduced to 50mcg. Now, I got my results back and they’re super low at 0.04. I’m super concerned. My OB has a referral to an endocrinologist and my fertility clinic is saying to go down to 25 mcg per day.

I’m reading online and they’re saying it takes 3-4 weeks for levels to stabilize, and TSH levels can fluctuate a point up and down in a day. Is this true?

I know I have doctors looking into this but with all healthcare the answers aren’t immediate. Should I be worrying about low TSH?
