QC Ultra 2 Earbuds issue
I had the Gen 1 Ultras for about a week a few years back, loved the music ability but the garbage call quality made me return them.
Gen 2 came out and reviews had said they were fixed.. and for the most part i'd agree.
Well I grabbed a set in January, and now they don't even work. Put 1 or both in ear, connects like it should. and then immediately disconnects, connects again... rinse/repeat. (Android)
I can't even use them now. Which this may have started after I allowed them to update. (ver 4 to like 8 something? big jump) They no longer let me connect to them in the app, can't do anything.
Reset phone, reset earbuds, removed from my Bose app, now I can't even add them back in cause they wont stay connected for more than 2 seconds.
Yes I can swap to ANY other brand earbuds and everything works just fine. Google, Jabra, Nothing, Anker, every other Earbud I own works fine. Just the Bose having issues. I have a cheap $15 set of no name earbuds I grabbed one day when I forgot mine at home... they still work just fine (sound like crap but they work)
Do I need to try and get bose to warranty them?
Is there anything else I can try on my end? Ready to burn them and never give a penny to Bose ever again.
