We’ve been refining the construction of our handmade leather gear over time, focusing not only on appearance but also on long-term wearability.

Instead of using a single thick rigid layer, many of our designs use layered Italian leather construction (typically 2–4 layers depending on the product). This helps maintain structure while improving flexibility and comfort during wear.

We also started introducing branded stainless steel hardware in selected models, along with welded rings, reinforced stitching, finished edges, and functional YKK zippers where appropriate.
