Hey community,
I have a little problem. For one year, everything went fine, and I had a lot of fun with the printer. But now something seems to be broken. As you can see, the nozzle is pouring out the PLA fine.
But after starting the normal Benchy-Boat-print (Starting at 1:10 - video below), you can hear a scratching noise. Also the gear is making strange noises.
The Settings are unchanged and I use a normal 0.4 nozzel
Do you have a solution to this problem or any idea what might be causing it?
The Problem exist when I use regular PLA from Sunlu or other PLA. The noises occur both when using the ASM Lite and when operating it with the arm.
