Hi, I'm trying to print a fan for a project, and I kept having issues with only some of the blades turning out weird and gloopy. I checked the gcode, and it looks like Orca is only recognizing some of the layers on some of the blades as overhangs. The other blades, the gloopy ones, are intermittently switching between treating them like overhangs and regular perimeters, blazing past them and ruining the surface finish.
I've tried fiddling with overhang speeds and layer heights, neither of which had much impact. weirdly the biggest impact I've found is rotating the model, which in one specific orientation made it recognize the overhangs on all but one of the blades. But that's not exactly a fix.
Any ideas?
