I notices in BCC’s “The Black Blight” a voiceline that goes on about “The Pale Horse gallops forth” and tons of other “end time” themes. This is obviously a reference to the Pale Horseman, Death. And here, Black Sapphire is the Black Horseman, Pestilence.

My theory here is that each beastling will get a legendary costume over the course of Act2, with each costume attributing the Character’s theme or power, and will reference the other horseman that comes behind them in the given painting. My theory would be proven even more true if they released in biblical order, but i suppose marketing matters. And this all fits together with the dawn of Ultimate Shadow Milk Cookie, who is the Anticrist (conqueror who proclaimed himself as Messiah, as God, as the Beginning and the End, who is, was, and will be.), who will bring the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse with him in the end of the world, as stated in Revelation 6.

The four horsemen are;

- Black Sapphire (whom we already have), is The Black Horseman of Pestilence, or more commonly known as Plague or Famine. This is fitting for his Poisonous abilities and his rumors that spread like a plague, and slowly harms the world like a famine. He references the Pale Horseman of Death, who will come once everything is swept away by illness and drought.

- Nutmeg Tiger is the Red Horseman of War (if that wouldn’t be already obvious), due to her ties with Destruction and Troops. She rides and brings destruction with her, totaling everything in her path and leaving behind only crumbs of the world she destroyed. She will reference the Black Horseman of Pestilence, who will come with the raging Spice Storms that will plague the senses of survivors, and the famine that will eat away at them once everything is gone.

- Pavlova is the White Horseman of Conquest, due to his possession of a Bow and Arrow, and his ties with Love “to conquer one’s heart”, Sloth -as in a commander who does nought but watch as his troops die for him, and a (personal) envy so strong is causes one to take from others. With his arrow, Pavlova will conquer lands and throw them into a slothful colony, submitting them to a fate of total control. He will reference the Red Horseman of War, who will come once the path has been paved by conquest, given the green light to take all and leave none, and to bring chaos like a War in One’s heart.

- Cloud Haetae is the Pale Horseman of Death, due to their themes of nihilism and apathy, brought to them by the death of their mother, and their philosophy of “nothing matters, you’re going to die in the end, so why try anyway?”. They will come in the end of all to sweep and reap the remainder of the world after all other horsemen have caused their chaos. They will reference the White Horseman of Conquest, who started it all, and will gloat and tease the world who dared to resist against the inevitable fate of Death. Their white Apathy will be all that remains until it too eventually fades away.

Salt Cellar wont get a legendary costume with this theme, since she isn’t thematically a “Beastling” (being the only morally good Beast Aid, who didn’t have a hand in the chaos that spread across the world eons ago).

Just like Candy Apple, Cherry Blossom, Sugarfly, and maybe the Young Kulfi will be getting epic costumes following the theme of the Beastlings.

…im guessing that the costumes are an AU where USMC’s plan succeeded, so costumes for all those mentioned would work.
