I'm new to the game and currently playing as Pericles. I waged suprise war to Suleiman and defeated one of his citie's garrison. Then i took over the city with my hoplites and first thing first that i did was purchasing back the monument , assigning Magnus as a governor ( i had him already assigned in Athens so i just moved him to increase loyalty) and i also repaired the granary. However,the unrest grew even more and from 75% to 100% ! . I had already attempted to take over a city state and after retaking it 5 times continuously i just gave up and razed the fuck out of them . How do I even avoid rebellion in just three turns ?
