Hello all - been dealing with my fistula since Oct 2024. Had a seton surgery in May 2025 and the lift surgery December 2025. I’ve since had my MRI and he’s told me there is a small tract left and very low down, and this surgery should be the one to fix all (PRAYING). He said we will “lay it open, it will be very superficial”. What does he mean by this? Who has had it laid open - can I have some advice on recovery too!!! Xxx
