I’m using the First Person Arena Shooter Template in Unreal Engine 5.7.3 and I’m running into an issue where firing while moving in mid-air while pointing slightly downwards at an angle, causes me to be pushed back or to the side.

The template does this by default.

Ive been going through a bunch of collision settings in both the projectile and character blueprints, toggling different options off, but nothing seems to fix it.

Has anyone experienced this before or know what might be causing it?
