Happened a couple months ago-
Had a feeling the people above me were letting their dogs pee on the porch. Said something to the complex few months ago, they said they couldn't do anything off assumptions. Well after the the last big snow storm the melt came down. Frozen piss from above.
Craziest part is, Ive lived here for 9 years and this is the second time Ive dealt with this. ( Different People)
Apartment told me that they spoke with them, " They are watching their elderly mothers dogs while she is ICU". Why is that an excuse? They have legs go downstairs.
