One of my worst attacks

My IBS has been much better and under control since being on a glp1.
The last two weeks I’ve been under a ton of stress and anxiety but nothing crazy. I hadn’t felt like my system was off each.
Last night I wake up a little after midnight with the worst stomach pain. I hurry to the bathroom and all hell breaks loose. I then feel like I’m going to puke, so I grab the trash can, but the same time I’m slowly passing out. I have to somehow stop pooping and get myself down to safety while I’m already half way gone.
It took awhile to come back, and then I was instantly soaked in sweat.
All I can think about is injuring myself from the blackout and people finding me butt naked, crap in the toilet, a dirty butt and wondering wtf happened.

I’ve been with my company working remotely for 6 years. Before that I was in office for a few years.
I am now applying for a remote accommodation because they want us back in office.

My medical condition when I was in office was terrible. This was even with screen dimmers, light dimmers etc. I would miss a day or two a week and be in nonstop pain.

In the last two years, I have missed zero full days due to my disability. Maybe an hour or two in the morning if I wake up bad.

Remote work allows me to set the lighting exactly how I need for that days need. I can also have it super quiet so no noise triggers. No awful smell triggers either.

If I have a migraine brew, I am able to take any of my medications and not have to worry about getting home.

If I’m having a vestibular migraine, I can still walk 10 steps to my desk and work, in office it would be impossible.

I’m preparing for rejection, but I’m hoping my history helps and the fact the role has been remote for 6 years shows it’s not a burden.
