New to blackstone and working on seasoning it. I turned it on high for 15 min then every time try to add avocado oil or the blackstone seasoning it’s catching fire. My paper towels are also catching fire lol. I can’t seem to get a good coating of the seasoning to see it start darkening. I’m waiting 15min between each coating as well. Can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong here. Help?!?
