Radeon Update crashed / broke PC?

Praying someone can help. I was online playing DCS a few hours ago when my PC crashed and restarted. When I managed to log back on, everything seemed fine, but I couldn't use anything related to the internet. Discord wouldn't start, Chrome wouldn't display any pages etc. it shows me as being connected with internet access but nothing works.

To add to this, I tried to open my AMD Adrenaline software and it said "This shortcut has been removed. Delete this shortcut" (or words to that effect) and now I have no AMD Adrenaline software at all.

I've disconnected my ethernet, restarted my router, reseated my RAM etc but nothing is working.

I booted in BIOS mode and went to Motherboard Explorer (MSI) and noted that my CPU and everything else shows up correctly, but when I hover over my GPU it just displays as "VGA Compatible Device PCIe x16"(?).

I figured I could do a System Restore and that's when I noticed right at the point my PC crashed there was a Radeon Update.

Restore hasn't worked so far due to some kind of other error...so I'm currently running chkdsk /f /r...but does anyone have any other ideas? Could the latest update have caused all these issues?

The initial error on Event Viewer was "Error ID 41 - Kernel_Power"
