My little dude made multiple purchases for this game (I.e. secret block) and somehow it glitches out possibly due to unstable internet...He ended up spending around 8k worth of robux. Poor fella was crying all night on his birthday...he said he was able to open the box and received an item once ...but when he logged back in...it was gone.... I have the purchase history of everything. How would I go about contacting the games producer for assistance...roblox told me that they can't do anything and I must talk to the producers of the game. Thank you for your help.
