Conditionally purchased a home in Ontario Canada and im wondering what inspections you think are necessary prior to signing off the condition and maybe some pointers what I should specifically keep an eye out for. The House is built in 1981, has chlorine pool not heated, heat pump, well/cistern, septic, two fireplaces.

Here's the list of items offered by the inspector:

-General home inspection (exterior/interior, electrical, plumbing, etc)

-pool

-well

-septic

-WETT (wood burning stoves)

My initial thought is a general home inspection, WETT, and then a septic inspection by a septic specialist. For the pool, the liner is 3 years old and other than turning on the pump, what that could there really be? For the well/cistern, it doesn't look like they'd have much to see. I already sent a water sample for potability test.

Thanks in advance.
