I feel like I saw it around 15 years ago, but it might have been slightly old at that point. I'm almost certain it featured Will Ferrell, but he might have been the guest host. It was some kind of "hype" event, where he is trying to get the crowd pumped and failing miserably. Think the kind of thing Apple does for a new product. The only gag I remember is that they show a "montage" of great moments from the event and it's like 3 of the saddest photos you can imagine, people just standing around with WTF expressions on their faces. Then they show the same montage again later.

I just watched Fugitive Alien 2, which has at least 2 examples of the robots annoying Joel; Crow's repeated "Again?" and Tom's song set to the movie's theme ("we realize you've had your fill.."). What's your favorite example of a host getting annoyed by another's riff? I think mine is, I can't recall the episode, but Mike goes into the Mission Impossible "your mission if you decide to accept it.." thing and Tom cuts him off with "yeah it goes on like that".
