Nobody should feel bad for Sean. Sean deserves the death penalty the most. He grew up in a nice neighborhood, didn’t have a difficult upbringing, and he knew right from wrong. The guy had nothing to do with this gang war or beef. He wanted to be down so bad. Foolio has never dissed any of his relatives or friends, and he hasn’t lost anyone close to him because of this war.
He allegedly shot Foolio or provided the guns for Foolio to get shot in the foot the first time, then decided to go for round two. He provided guns and a car so they could travel all the way to Tampa. He meticulously stalked Foolio by bookmarking the club where he was going to be, repeatedly checking Foolio’s Instagram stories, and studying specific details to locate the exact Airbnb Foolio was staying at. He even contacted his own sister and girlfriend to reach out to Foolio’s close associates for inside information on his whereabouts.
He tracked and followed him all the way to the Holiday Inn hotel, hopped out of the car, stood right in front of it, and dumped shots into the vehicle landing the fatal shot. He also fired at the other cars that were fleeing the scene. He didn’t give a fuck about getting run over; when the car was driving toward him, he kept shooting. The guy also had other shooting cases in Memphis.

She is guilty asf. She was supposed to be found guilty of conspiracy, but the jurors wanted to take it easy on her. They didn’t want to punish her too harshly so she could have a second chance, so they convicted her of manslaughter instead.
Manslaughter doesn’t make sense at all it’s either guilty or not guilty. That’s why her defense is now fighting for a new trial. They know they’ll only have to fight the manslaughter charge now. They’re confident the manslaughter conviction doesn’t fit the case, which clearly shows conspiracy rather than manslaughter. The prosecutors will have a hard time explaining or defending it.
The judge is expected to deny the motion for a new trial and proceed with sentencing. Her lawyers will then focus on arguing for a lighter sentence something like 7 years in jail plus 8 years of probation. Since she has already served 2 years, she would likely end up serving about 5 more years in prison, with the rest on
