Apologies if this has been asked regularly, but I'm 41m, running but have always had a jiggly bits and can't find any running vests that don't make me look like I should be wearing a sports bra.
I've had some success with Nike polyester running t shirts, but the super light wicking fabric you get after races etc always make me look booby.
Any advice really welcome? Is it just that running vests are built for people with either bulging pecs or completely flat chests?
