Orgasms

How long did it take for your orgasms to come back after stopping Lexapro? I have been off of it completely for 4 days now. I just want to enjoy being intimate with my husband but it just becomes sad and frustrating. So many time I just cry because my husband enjoys pleasing me and I feel like I'm letting him down or making him feel like he isnt good enough. For reference I was on it for a year.

I have struggled with rashes on my chest, torso, and upper thigh on and off for about 8 years. I have had 15 (yes 15) miscarriages, I struggle with chronic whole body pain, severe fatigue, brain fog, hair loss and joint swelling. I finally saw an immunologist and they thought I may have had mast cell activation syndrome but they did a host of tests. These are the results that showed positive other than I'm allergic to wheat but non celiac. I have also attached a picture of the r.a.s.h. It comes out of no where it hurts and itches lasts 7-10 days then just leaves discoloration.

I'm looking for a new pair of shoes. I got VERY lucky 3 years ago when I got CRPS in my right foot that I found an amazing pair of pumas that didn't make my foot hurt "worse'. Now they have worn their wear and I'm on the hunt but I'm anxious about it. I tried before going from shop to shop looking for shoes but it just left me frustrated and in even more pain because I couldn't find anything that fit and didn't feel like I was standing on a rock. I would gladly take any recommendations at this point. I would also like to add I also have fibromyalgia "yaaay" so that just adds to the nerve pain. So I really need something that is gonna support but also feel like I'm wearing next to nothing.

My husband got me a new set for my birthday/graduation. This is our 10 year anniversary year and he gave it to me early as a gift because I worked so hard through so many struggles to graduate with high honors.

My doctor sent me for a 24 hr urine and some blood work a week ago to test for MCAS. I haven't gotten any results except this and I'm not quite sure what it even means. Does anyone know by chance? Also I'm gonna add some pictures of the rash I get randomly if anyone maybe could tell me if it looks like MCAS.
