Peri help when Drs won't acknowledge?

Hey ladies, looking for advice. I'm 99% sure I'm in perimenopause but my Dr isn't having a bar of it.

I'm about to turn 39 and for the past 6 months my body and life has changed. Because I have low iron and a history of anxiety and depression it feels like these are the scape goats for my symptoms and I'm just given anxiety medication.

Symptoms

• Heart pounding/palpitations

• panic attacks

• brain fog

• struggle to sleep

• vivid dreams

• night sweats around ovulation and my period

• emotional like I can just get teary out of nowhere

• periods are shorter in between and bleeding pattern has changed

• no libido

• utis and a kidney infection

• burning pain on my labia minora - liners started hurting a lot out of nowhere

• itchy skin on my labia majora

• constipated one minute, loose stools the next

• increased urine frequency

I'm in Aus, are there any supplements I can get to help. I'm trying to eat really clean. I don't drink and have removed coffee from my mornings.

I feel so lost and frustrated.
