Just like everybody I am also a bit upset with the skill points but decided to rank him up nonetheless. Here is the review.
Pace: he isn't rapid or anything even close to that. He is fast enough to out run defenders with a little dribbling, but nothing rapid and most of the time he will be caught by defenders so don't run too much with him.
Shooting: Yeah it's cristiano alright. Unbelievable shooting in every department. Long shots and power shots are cracked. With no weak foot problem for now.
Positioning: this is the card's strongest area. He makes fast runs and is always in good positions. If he passes the ball he immediately starts running.
Dribbling: honestly, it isn't that bad. If you use a mix of skill moves with joystick dribbling then it's okay, but overall joystick dribbling is lacking. The main problem is agility.
but yeah if you combine slow acceleration with low agility you can't dribble much.
Passing: this surprised me the most. He has quite good short passing. Through balls are not good. But for a quick 1-2 passing, it's good.
Physical: top tier physical. The stats are true. He doesn't go down easily even after running into vvd or Stam type defenders.
Overall: 9/10.
the card is good. If you have packed him and don't dribble much with cards and carry the ball with your wingers, you should use him.
But if your gonna take him with shards than no. Not worth it performance wise.
