I feel like the tricep rope is the most popular equiptment for a tricep pushdown, which is why I've been using it for so long but recently I've switched over to the bar because I can do 10 more lb's with the same amount of reps and less shoulder Activation. I'm just wondering if I'm missing out on gains by using the bar or if the rope is more popular just because of mind muscle connection
