Quite and reserve
Hey all,
I’m thinking about getting into the mines or trying to get my foot in the door I have experience, in front end loaders, dumpys, water carts and diggers,
I’m a male 32
I’m more then happy to get my foot in the door as a nipper
Only thing is I’m quiet and reserved, it takes me a bit of time to warm up to people
And I just get a bit of anxiety at times in my own head (no one notices) and at times I’m way too nice for my own good. (I am trying to work on this) lol
But I’ve heard mixed reviews some people saying it’s a good culture as long as ya happy to put in the work.
And others say it can get pretty clicky as in fit in or f@#k off
I just want to get in as it would suit my families life’s a lot more
But feel a bit overwhelmed about am I doing the right thing,
Is there many people that just rock up and do there job and go home with out looking like an asshole?
