Our HR ETL point blank told a coworker that our mental and physical health come second to the business and that she doesn't have sympathy for any of us if we have issues outside of work. What do we do?

Edit: I also wanna address this same ETL pulled a TM into her office to ask why a months old write up was expunged (the TM was never notified it was there when it happened so our previous HR removed it) and she proceeded to chastise the TM saying how they aren't here to baby us and that we shouldn't expect sympathy.
