Firstly let me know if a photo will do my description justice.

When I'm demisting my car, as the windows are fogging up as well as the initial gust of air from the demister/aircon, all of the smudge marks are visible from when have previously cleaned the interior of the windows.

I use window cleaner (usually Windex or 30 Seconds), a microfibre or a Chux, elbow grease, and paper towel. Is this just simply unavoidable 'glass chemistry' or is there genuinely something that I can be doing better.
