Does anyone have any idea about when will the new session start in august 2026?

What is the procedure for makeup exam if someone fails a paper in ete, how does one get to know that they have to register for the makeup and when is it held in July mid july or towards the end also like if you fail and give the makeup exam then how do you know that whether you are promoted to the 3rd sem, the result for the makeup exam is out before the next session starts?
