Hi all. We are trying to prepare to sell my parents home. It has popcorn ceiling throughout, but a couple of the rooms need painting as they had water stains before the new roof was put on. We’re not professional painters, but I have painted the inside of my house ( Walls ) several times. Still, novice. So what would you recommend aside from hiring a professional? Roll? Spray? Water down the paint to thin? I know primer will be involved, that’s a given. And re a sprayer, is there any kind of collar or funnel type thing to put on it to reduce the paint aerosol from getting on everything? Thanks for your advice TIA.
