I've been going to the gym for around 6 months, doing a full body workout 3x a week. Although im getting stronger I cant really see any physical difference. I've been using the gravl app, which i think is quite good but find that with the full body routines I end up doing the same exercises pretty much every session.
4 sets of
Squats
Deadlift
Shoulder press (sometimes lat raises)
Bench press (i alternate with barbell and dumbell, depending what's free)
Dumbell rows
Is this enough to actually make a difference?
Should I mix it up and do some different exercises for each body part?
