To couples who’ve done a 3some: how did you guys actually agree to it?

I’ve always wondered how two people in a relationship actually agree to bring in a third.

Like, who usually brings it up first? Did you guys just talk about it casually or was it a big serious convo? I’m curious how you make sure both people are actually down.

I want to know how you guys set the ground rules so nobody got jealous or caught feelings afterward.

How did that first talk go for you?
