I am 24 and just got my cnic (i know it's super late) but i never had a need for it until now, now that i am looking for a job and i want to get a bike so its easier to travel from home to work vise versa. I heard that i would have to get the learner permit first then there's a 40 day wait period then i would go for the verbal (road sign) test then the drive test but 40 days wait period is a lot and i need the bike fast is there any faster way to get the license without bribery?
