What's your Imoen Build once you get her back from Spellhold?

We know she duals to mage, but mage can go many ways depending on your spell priority and gear.

How do you usually end up using her in your party if she stays?

Are you using her as support, aeo blaster or maybe even backstabbing with invis spells?

What's your BG2 Quest Order?

How many or what side quests do you do before heading to Spellhold?

Every time I enter that chapter, I feel that afterwards it's a rush to the end.

But story wise, I believe they expected us to rush to save Imoen and then quest to become more powerful. Are we mostly all just letting Imoen suffer or do some of ya'll rush to go get her?

**My current playthrough:** Got most of Athkatla quests done, Trademeet, Nalia's Keep, Umar Hills, and some mod expansion quest lines too before I finally left to get Imoen. What's left is Firkraag, haven't touched Watchers Keep, and more mod quests.

Admittedly, entering the Underdark I feel a bit overpowered for the areas now, even with an XP limiter. But also I think it's due to getting staff of magi before leaving, that thing basically trivializes mage fights, even on SCS insane, like carsomyr would too I believe. Honestly I feel those two items cause pretty anti-climatic scenarios and I should probably self ban them.

As for the order I feel wrong to get Imoen first and then spend weeks questing instead of going to help Sudanessellar and get my soul back.

What path do you take? Interested in your thoughts! Cheers

Thoughts of Free Action Equipment

The game has a few items that give free action, which basically makes the wearer immune to everything, magical and otherwise, that affects mobility in any way.

What are your thoughts on these? Do you use them? On what class?

What are the pros and cons according to your play experience.

No haste but no slow as well (which is one of the most crippling effects)

Interesting to hear your thoughts!

Call of the Lost Goddess

Just want to give a shout-out to Acifer and company for this brilliant mod. Yesterday I went to bed at 1am because I was just so enthralled with the game. It was like a good book you just can't put down. Brilliant mod with awesome custom maps, assets, and flavorful items. I 10/10 recommend ya'll to install this mod on your next playthrough, what a blast!

Next up, Throne of the Mad God!

This run of BG1 I had two interesting mods called Black Hearts and Shades of the Sword Coast.

These two mods were quite massive and introduced long quest lines or many mini quests that I quite enjoyed. The items introduced, for the most part, were balanced (except for a few odd ones that I refused to use).

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend any large quest mods like this for BG2 without any broken gear. I'm hoping to get a different feeling run for BG2. Cheers!
