I just found out my fiance is have been with for almost 7 years had been cheating.

I have a surgery coming up in the beginning of June. So along with everything going on, now I dont have anyone readily available to come with me for my surgery.

Is it realistic to be able to do this on my own? Ubering to and from laparoscopic surgery and then being alone for the recovery?

Edit: they have found 2 large endometriomas one on each ovary, suspected kissing ovaries.

I smell waffle cones or something similar near the design building. Am I going crazy? Is there a delightful sweet treat hidden beyond view? Or some secret third thing?
