Hey all! I am looking to get into cruise ship work as a way to build my experience while traveling post grad. I have a degree in technical theatre with a focus on stage management and lots of professional run crew and props experience. My problem is that I can’t seem to find where to apply for the tech jobs on cruises! When I go on cruise websites and job boards I see the traditional crew jobs, I see auditions for performers, but I can hardly ever seem to find theatre tech positions. I guess what I’m asking is, does anyone know where to look or is there anyone who works one of these jobs with some advice on how to get into it/what to expect?
