Submitted my Oakley Meta warranty claim in April 2026.

Received the return label, shipped the glasses from Vietnam via DHL, and DHL marked the package as DELIVERED on May 1, 2026.

Now it’s already the second week after delivery:

  • no confirmation from Oakley/Meta,
  • no update in the warranty portal,
  • no replies to emails,
  • complete silence.

DHL tracking clearly shows delivered.

Has anyone had a similar experience?
How long did it take before your case was updated after delivery?

And how do you actually reach a real human about these warranty cases?
