Hi everyone, I'm currently in the BGC (Background Check) phase for my TCS onboarding and have a specific document issue.

• Born in UAE: My birth certificate is from the UAE and includes my "Full Name + House Name."
• Other Docs: My 10th/12th marksheets, Aadhaar, and PAN card only have my "Full Name" (without the house name).

I've seen that TCS is strict about name consistency.

1. Has anyone else with a foreign birth certificate dealt with this "house name" addition?
2. Is a "One and the Same Person" affidavit on a ₹100 stamp paper enough to clear the BGC?
3. Should I upload the affidavit in the "Birth Certificate" slot or "Other Documents" in the NextStep portal?

Any specific templates or tips to avoid my onboarding being put on "hold" would be a lifesaver!
