I am a resident in one of the condominiums on Summer Street near the Ridgeway Shopping Center. There has been construction/roadwork occurring every weeknight for the last ~4 weeks, lasting until 3-4 AM most nights. It has been incredibly noisy at times, making it very difficult to sleep. Does anyone have any information on what exactly is going on and when it will end?
