Hi all , I'm a Release Engineer with 2.5+ years of experience in DevOps role been applying for past 2 months but not getting shortlisted atleast for interviews , can anyone guide me here am confused between is this because of Resume or Market conditions. I'm based out of chennai and am working at cognizant.
